Dawson County Warrant Records Dawson County Warrant Records

This private reference site cannot confirm a Dawson County warrant or change a court record. For an official answer, use the court named on the citation, case paper, or order; the sheriff can route county law-enforcement questions. Dawson County does not publish a public countywide warrant list or a dedicated warrant phone line, so call the relevant office and have the case details ready.

This Is Not a Government or Law Enforcement Office. We run a private reference site. We cannot confirm whether a warrant exists, recall or clear a warrant, post bond, arrange a surrender, or give legal advice. For a current status, contact the issuing court; for county service or custody routing, call the Dawson County Sheriff's Office.

Need Official Warrant Information?

Use the case document to select the office. These published contacts are starting points; call before traveling because the county does not publish a warrant walk-in window.

  • County enforcement or custody routing: Dawson County Sheriff's Office, 806-872-7560. The official page lists the office at P.O. Box 1268, Lamesa, TX 79331-1268; it does not publish a separate warrant line or public roster. See the Sheriff's Office page.
  • District-level case: call the 106th District Court at 806-872-3740 or District Clerk Teresa Uresti at 806-329-3315. The District Clerk's office is on the courthouse's fourth floor; ask which desk holds the case before visiting.
  • Justice-court citation or fine-only case: call Justice of the Peace Larry Duyck at 806-329-3324. The office is at 400 S. 1st Street, Lamesa, with weekday hours 8:30 a.m.–noon and 1–5 p.m. DawonCOTix is a citation-payment route, not a warrant-status check.
  • City citation: use the municipal court printed on the citation. Lamesa Municipal Court is listed at 806-872-4343; O'Donnell Municipal Court is listed at 806-428-3239 and holds Friday morning hours by appointment at City Hall.
  • Recall, surrender, or bond questions: ask the issuing court what procedure applies and consider speaking with a Texas attorney. This site cannot arrange or approve any of those steps.

The sheriff's phone and mailing address are contact details, not a promise of a public counter or walk-in warrant service. If the county office cannot identify the record, ask which court issued it and call that clerk. A court action such as recall or dismissal must be verified in the court's record.
